This book is a visual book to accompany an excerpt of Alberto Manguel’s "The Shape of the Book". The text describes the prevalence and history of books in society, and the visuals are used enhance the topic. Playing off the fact it is a visual book, I wanted the images to get large and/or bleed off the page at times so they could take center stage. The binding is done by me in the accordion style by hand, with a paperback cover.
